HOW TO RETURN YOUR PURCHASE
Free returns are available for all full price items within 12Â days of shipping and all sale items within 6 days of receipt, provided the return conditions specified below are met. Instructions are provided below.
RETURN CONDITIONS

Items returned must be in their unused original condition with all HypeFairy item tags attached and any related accessories or instructions included.

Incomplete, damaged, worn, soiled or altered returns, or anything HypeFairy reasonably believes had been used, will not be accepted and therefore sent back to the customer.
RECEIVING A REFUND

Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser's method of payment.

On receipt of return, we will process the refund as soon as possible. Depending on your payment method provider it may take up to 7-10 business days. Business days are Monday thru Friday excluding US Holidays.
EXCHANGES

Item exchanges will only be accepted if return conditions of the HypeFairy item are met.
